Click the Users tile to manage everyone who has signed up for Backtick.

The User List

Shows each user's name, email address, role, and sign-up date.

Adding a User

Click Add User and enter the person's email, name, and role. Their account is created right away. When they sign in with Google using that email address, they'll have the role you selected waiting for them.

Changing a User's Role or Access

You can change anyone's role — or grant special access like Team Manager status — directly in the user list. Changes take effect the next time that person loads a page.

Downloading the User List

Click the export button to download a spreadsheet of all users.
