Admin: Reader Messages

Click the Author messages tile (or Messages from students if you're an author) to see messages readers have sent to playbook authors.
The Message List
Shows each message with the reader's email, which playbook it's about, when it was sent, and its current status.
Status values: New, Open, In Progress, Closed
You can search by email or message content, and filter by status to focus on messages that need attention.
Replying
Click Open on any message to read the full conversation and send a reply.
