Admin: Support Tickets

Click the Support tickets tile to see all support requests submitted through the Support button.

The Ticket List

Shows each ticket with the submitter's email, what type of request it is, and its current status.

Ticket types: Bug, Suggestion, Help, Account Change

Status values: New, Open, In Progress, Closed, Wish List

You can search by email or description, and filter by status. By default the list shows only active tickets.

Replying to a Ticket

Click any ticket to read the full request and send a reply. Your reply goes to the user by email.
