Getting Help and Contacting Support

Help guides are available from the Help button in the navigation bar. Clicking it opens a panel where you can browse short guides on using the platform.
Support requests go through the Support button in the navigation bar. This opens a form where you describe your issue. Choose the type that best fits:
- Bug — something isn't working the way it should
- Suggestion — an idea you'd like the team to consider
- Help — you need assistance with something
- Account Change — you'd like a change to your account, such as requesting Team Manager access
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as you submit. The Backtick team will review your request and reply by email.
